Daniel Hannan wants UK to have EU referendum (08Sept10)

Conservative MEP Daniel Hannan on the campaign to get the UK to have a referendum on whether the UK should be in or out of the EUSSR.

This is a short clip because the BBC thought it was far more important on how the public sector cuts would affect the pampered arts budgets.
